How to Amend VAT Registration in UAE

Oct 16, 2021 | Tax | 0 comments

VAT (Value Added Tax) registration is required for all company activity in the United Arab Emirates. If you have a business with VAT registration in Dubai and wish to update your trade license information with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), follow these steps.

UPDATING TRADE LICENSE INFORMATION WITH THE FEDERAL TAX AUTHORITY (FTA) VAT APPLICATION FORM

On your VAT application form, it’s critical to have up-to-date information. It’s best to update your tax records within 20 business days if the information you previously mentioned on your VAT application form has changed. FTA clearance is not required to update many fields on your form, however adjustments to certain critical sections must be approved by the tax office for VAT in the UAE.
